Start your honeymoon by exploring the iconic Waikiki Beach. Take an early morning swim, grab breakfast at a beachside café and rent a surfboard or a paddleboard. Afterward, head to the Diamond Head State Monument for an energizing hike to the top of the extinct volcanic crater. You'll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of Honolulu and the Pacific Ocean.
Start the day with a visit to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial. You will see the USS Arizona Memorial, the Battleship Missouri Memorial, and other historic monuments of World War II. Later in the day, visit the Polynesian Cultural Center to experience the diverse cultures of the Pacific Islands. Watch traditional island dances and learn the cultural practices of Polynesia.
Take a scenic drive on the Road to Hana, which takes you through lush rainforests, cascading waterfalls, and exotic beaches. Stop at the Wailua Falls, the Seven Sacred Pools, and the Black Sand Beach to capture some beautiful memories. End your day by camping at the Haleakala National Park, where you can see the sunset and stargaze under the beautiful sky.
Start the day at Maui Ocean Center, where you can see some of the rare aquatic species in the world. From there head to Lahaina Town, one of the most charming beach towns in Maui. Stroll down Front Street, shop for local souvenirs or dine on some delicious seafood. You can also take a helicopter tour of the island for a romantic view of the landscapes.
Finish your honeymoon in Kauai by visiting the Na Pali Coast to capture stunning views of rugged coastline, cliffs, valleys, and waterfalls. Book a boat or helicopter tour for a panoramic view of the beautiful landscapes. Then head to Waimea Canyon State Park, known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific," for more breathtaking views and some hiking on the red clay paths.
Since you'll be exploring different islands, you will need to book flights. There are several airlines that serve inter-island flights in Hawaii, and they cost around $100 each way. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also available in the cities, and they charge around $30 for a 20-minute ride. For the scenic drives, renting a car is a great option. However, keep in mind to be cautious on narrow, winding roads.
If you have more time, you can add activities like hiking the Kalalau Trail and visiting the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. If you have less time, you can skip the Road to Hana and camping at Haleakala National Park.
