Recommendations

If you have some extra time, do not miss out on a night cruise along the Mandovi River in Goa. You can also consider visiting the Aguada Fort and the Reis Magos Fort for some more history and architecture. For a side trip, you can visit the beautiful Dudhsagar Plantation and enjoy a spice tour and an elephant ride. To maximize your fun, try out some local Goan delicacies like pork vindaloo, fish curry, and bebinca.

For a better experience, consider hiring a local guide who can help you navigate through the cities and give you valuable insights into the culture and history of the places you visit. Also, make sure to carry sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the scorching heat in June.
