  1. Day 1: Promenade Beach

  2. Day 1: Aurobindo Ashram

    After lunch, head to the Aurobindo Ashram, a spiritual community founded by Sri Aurobindo and his disciple Mirra Alfassa.   6. Day 2: Paradise Beach

    End your day with a visit to Paradise Beach, a tranquil and secluded beach accessible only by boat. Enjoy a dip in the crystal-clear waters, relax on the white sand, and soak up the sun. There are also some small shacks selling snacks and drinks.

Recommendations

If you have more time, you could also visit the Gingee Fort, an impressive 13th-century fortification located about 70 km from Pondicherry. Another option is the Ousteri Lake, a serene lake surrounded by greenery, perfect for a picnic. For foodies, we recommend trying some of the local street food such as idli, dosa, and vada.
