  1. Day 1: Abbey Falls

    Start your day with a thrilling visit to the stunning Abbey Falls. You can hear the sound of the falls from a distance. The surrounding greenery and the cool mist from the falls will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Take a short hike to the foot of the falls to experience the full beauty of the area. Afternoon, head to Madikeri Fort. The fort has a rich history and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city. You can learn about the history of the fort and the region in the museum located inside. In the evening, you can enjoy a quiet walk around Raja’s Seat. The garden provides a beautiful view of the sunset and is the perfect place to relax after a long day.

  2. Day 2: Dubare Elephant Camp
    1 hour 15 minutes (38.3 km) from Madikeri Bus Station

    Head out early to the Dubare Elephant Camp. Here you can spend your morning watching elephants in their natural habitat. You can watch them being bathed and fed by their mahouts. The camp also offers activities like elephant rides, coracle rides, and trekking. Afternoon, visit Nisargadhama Island. It's a beautiful island with a river, bamboo groves, and lush greenery. The island also has a deer park and a children's playground. In the evening, visit the Omkareshwara Temple. The temple is known for its unique mix of Islamic and Gothic styles. It's a beautiful place to unwind and soak up some local culture.

  3. Day 3: Trekking at Tadiandamol Peak
    1 hour 7 minutes (33.3 km) from Madikeri Bus Station

    Get an early start and head out to Tadiandamol Peak for a day of trekking. It's the highest peak in Coorg and the trek offers some breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The trek is a bit challenging but well worth it for the stunning views. Take a packed lunch and plenty of water with you. Afternoon, visit the Chelavara Falls. It's a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush greenery. The waterfall is best visited during the monsoon season when it's at its fullest. In the evening, head back to Madikeri and enjoy a nice dinner at one of the city's many restaurants.
