Ladakh Motorcycle Riding Itinerary - July 2023

  1. Day 1: Leh
    10 minutes (2.5 km) from Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport

    In the morning, acclimatize to the high altitude by exploring the city and visiting Shanti Stupa. In the afternoon, ride to Leh Palace for panoramic views of the city. In the evening, relax and enjoy local cuisine at a nearby restaurant.

  2. Day 2: Nubra Valley
    3 hours 35 minutes (124.6 km) from Leh

    Ride through the Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. In the morning, visit the Diskit Monastery to see the 32m tall statue of Maitreya Buddha. In the afternoon, take a camel ride in the sand dunes of Hunder. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire and stargazing experience at your campsite.

  3. Day 3: Pangong Tso Lake
    5 hours 20 minutes (154.8 km) from Nubra Valley

    Ride through the Chang La Pass to reach the breathtakingly beautiful Pangong Lake. In the morning, enjoy a serene walk along the lake and take pictures with the crystal clear water.   4. Day 4: Hemis National Park

Recommendations
