4-Day Nature Itinerary for 4 Dham Yatra in October 2023

  1. Day 1: Yamunotri
    5 hours (201 km) from Dehradun

    In the morning, visit the Yamunotri temple which is dedicated to the goddess Yamuna. Take a dip in the hot water springs of Janki Chatti. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the area and have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a trek to Saptarishi Kund, a beautiful lake. In the evening, witness the aarti at Yamunotri temple.

  2. Day 2: Gangotri
    5 hours 40 minutes (237 km) from Yamunotri

    In the morning, visit Gangotri temple which is dedicated to the goddess Ganga. Take a dip in the holy water of Bhagirathi river. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Gangotri Glacier, Gaumukh, and Tapovan. In the evening, witness the aarti at Gangotri temple.

  3. Day 3: Kedarnath
