Adventure in Kedarnath and Shimla in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Arrive in Kedarnath

  2. Day 2: Kedarnath

    Start your day with an early morning trek to Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary for a chance to spot musk deer and Himalayan black bears. In the afternoon, visit the Gandhi Sarovar, a high altitude lake and a popular trekking destination. End your day with a visit to the Bhairavnath Temple, dedicated to the fierce deity Bhairavnath.

  3. Day 3: Kedarnath to Shimla

End your day with a visit to the Ridge, a large open space in the heart of Shimla with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

  5. Day 5: Shimla
    1 hour 15 minutes (8.3 miles) from the Ridge

    Start your day with a scenic drive to Naldehra Golf Course, one of the most picturesque golf courses in India. In the afternoon, visit the Jakhu Temple, dedicated to the Hindu deity Hanuman. End your day with a visit to Shimla Heritage Museum, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region.

  6. Day 6: Departure
    30 minutes (13 miles) from Shimla

    After breakfast, depart for Delhi to catch your flight back home.
