Two-Day Itinerary for Goa

  1. Day 1: Fort Aguada and Beaches

Afterward, head to Candolim Beach, a lively beach with many beach shacks and water sports activities. Afternoon: Enjoy a seafood lunch at one of the beach shacks. Later, visit Baga Beach, a popular beach known for its nightlife. Relax on the beach or enjoy water sports activities. Evening: End the day with a sunset view at Anjuna Beach. This beach has a laid-back vibe and is known for its flea market. You can shop for trinkets and souvenirs before heading back to your hotel.

  2. Day 2: Old Goa and Panaji City
    30 minutes (11.3 km) from Anjuna Beach

    Morning: Start the day with a visit to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This church holds the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Next, head to Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. Afternoon: Enjoy a traditional Goan lunch at a nearby restaurant. Then, head to Panaji City, the capital of Goa. Visit the Immaculate Conception Church and the Fontainhas neighborhood, known for its Portuguese architecture. Evening: End the day with a river cruise on the Mandovi River.
