4-Day Tirupati Itinerary for July 2023

  1. Day 1: Shri Venkateswara Temple

  2. Day 2: Sri Govindarajaswami Temple
    15 minutes (6 km) from Shri Venkateswara Temple

    Morning: Visit the Sri Govindarajaswami Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu and one of the largest temples in Tirupati. Afternoon: Head to the Deer Park, which is home to various species of deer and other animals. Evening: Enjoy the beautiful views of the city from the top of the Tirumala Hills.

  3. Day 3: Regional Science Centre
    20 minutes (8 km) from Sri Govindarajaswami Temple

    Morning: Visit the Regional Science Centre, an interactive museum that showcases science and technology. Afternoon: Head to the ISKCON Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Krishna and is known for its beautiful architecture. Evening: Enjoy a peaceful boat ride at the Swami Pushkarini Lake.

  4. Day 4: Sri Venkateswara National Park

Recommendations

Don't miss out on visiting the Sri Kalahasti Temple, which is known for its unique architecture and is only an hour's drive from Tirupati. Another great side trip is the Talakona Waterfalls, which is about 2 hours from Tirupati and is a great place for hiking and picnicking. Make sure to try the famous Tirupati laddu, a sweet made from gram flour and jaggery that is sold at many of the temples.
