Three-Day Itinerary for Chakrata in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Tiger Falls

    On day two, start your morning with a trek to the Kanasar forest. The forest is famous for its Deodar trees, which are over 150 years old. After a refreshing trek, head to the Kanasar Eco Park, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In the afternoon, visit the Lakhamandal Temple, which is believed to be the site where Duryodhana from the Mahabharata performed a yagna. In the evening, head back to Chakrata and enjoy a warm cup of tea at the local tea stalls.

  3. Day 3: Chakrata Military Camp
