Meghalaya Nature Tour Itinerary for July 2023

  1. Day 1: Mawlynnong
    90 minutes (53.9 km) from Shillong

    Morning: Start your day early and head to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia. Take a walk around the village and enjoy the beautiful gardens and tree houses. Don't miss the Sky View, a bamboo watchtower offering a panoramic view of Bangladesh.
    Afternoon: Visit the nearby living root bridge in Riwai village. Take a dip in the natural pool underneath the bridge.
    Evening: Head back to Mawlynnong and witness the unique spectacle of the "Flaming Rocks" at sunset.

  2. Day 2: Dawki and Mawphlang

    Morning: Head to Dawki to see the crystal clear waters of the Umngot River. Take a boat ride for a unique perspective.
