Useful tips

If you have more time, consider visiting Tatev Monastery which is located in the Southern part of Armenia. It's one of the oldest and most important landmarks in Armenia, and it's accessible only via cable car which is a fantastic experience. If you have less time, you can skip Dilijan National Park and head straight to Khor Virap Monastery from Lake Sevan.

Airports

Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) is the main airport in Armenia, and it's located about 10 miles West from Yerevan. It's well-connected to other cities in Europe and Asia, and taxis are available at the airport at a reasonable cost.
