5-Day Itinerary for Manali in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Hadimba Devi Temple
    10 minutes (2.5 km) from Manali

    Explore the ancient temple built in the 16th century and dedicated to Goddess Hadimba. You can enjoy the serene surroundings, lush greenery, and beautiful architecture. You can also take a stroll around the nearby cedar forest and visit the nearby Manu temple.

  2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    45 minutes (13 km) from Manali

    Spend the morning enjoying the stunning scenery of the Solang Valley. You can indulge in adventure sports activities like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing. In the afternoon, visit the Shiva temple situated in the valley and explore the nearby small villages.

  3. Day 3: Rohtang Pass
    2 hours (51 km) from Manali

    Early morning drive to Rohtang Pass, an impressive high mountain pass situated at an altitude of 3,979 meters. Enjoy the scenic beauty, snow-clad mountains, and beautiful views of the surrounding valleys. Spend the evening exploring the nearby small markets and indulge in local cuisine.

  4. Day 4: Naggar Castle and Art Gallery
    45 minutes (22 km) from Manali

    Visit Naggar Castle and Art Gallery, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Kullu Valley. Explore the ancient castle and admire the beautiful paintings and artifacts in the art gallery. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

  5. Day 5: Beas Kund Trek

    Early morning drive to Dhundhi, the starting point of the Beas Kund trek. It is a moderate trek of 4-5 hours, and you can enjoy the stunning views of the snow-clad mountains and glacier-fed river Beas. In the evening, enjoy some local cuisine and do some last-minute shopping.
