3-Day Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Fort Aguada
    20 minutes (5.3 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    In the morning, visit Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort with stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Admire the lighthouse, explore the grand old fortifications and learn about the history of this important landmark. In the afternoon, head to Baga Beach for some sun, sand and sea. Take a dip in the ocean, try some water sports or simply relax on the shore. In the evening, stroll along the Baga River and indulge in some seafood at one of the many restaurants and bars.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    2 hours (46.5 miles) from Baga Beach

    In the morning, head to the spectacular Dudhsagar Waterfalls, which cascade down from a height of 310 meters and are surrounded by lush greenery. Take a dip in the natural pool, enjoy a nature walk or simply bask in the beauty of the falls. In the afternoon, visit the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of animals including deer, monkeys and Indian bison. Take a jeep safari, go birdwatching or visit the mini zoo. In the evening, enjoy the nightlife at Tito's Lane in Baga or the vibrant Anjuna Flea Market.

  3. Day 3: Basilica of Bom Jesus
    1 hour 15 minutes (16.4 miles) from Dudhsagar Waterfalls

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous churches in Goa. Admire the beautiful Baroque architecture and visit the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. In the afternoon, head to the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, a haven for birdwatchers with over 400 species of birds. Take a boat ride through the mangroves, spot some rare birds or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, take a sunset cruise and enjoy views of the coastline while sipping on a drink.
