Two-Day Itinerary for Talinn: Exploring Historical and Cultural Gems

  • Day 1: Old Town Talinn

The Kumu Art Museum of Estonia is roughly a fifteen minutes walk from the park.

  • Day 2: Tallinn Architecture

    Experience the unique architecture of Tallinn by visiting buildings from different eras in the city's history. Start at St. Charles’ Church, which is a Baroque masterpiece and originally used to provide services to German-speaking residents. After that move on to Mustpeade Maja that's popularly known as the "House of the Blackheads", its facade a wonder of medieval architecture in its red and gold detail. Continue onto the 1970s award-winning Solaris Center and finally the contemporary architecturally impressive Linnahall on the harbour which was completed for the 1980 Summer Olympics.

    Visit the unique Seaplane Harbour Museum, which is located in an old seaplane hangar on the coast of Tallinn Bay. The entrance is styled to imitate that of the submarine of the 1930s.
