Three Days in Goa: A City Experience Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Baga Beach

    Baga Beach is the perfect destination to start your Goa experience. In the morning, you can enjoy the beautiful beach, rent a jet ski and ride the waves.     North Goa is full of culturally rich landmarks and beautiful sights. In the morning, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Old Goa and explore its historic churches and museums. In the afternoon, head to the bustling Panaji market and enjoy some local street food. In the evening, take a sunset cruise along the Mandovi River and enjoy the beautiful views.

  3. Day 3: South Goa
    1 hour 20 minutes (45 km) from North Goa

    South Goa is known for its beautiful beaches and laid-back vibe. In the morning, visit the Cabo de Rama Fort and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. In the afternoon, take a dip at the Palolem Beach and sip on some fresh coconut water. In the evening, head to the famous Martin’s Corner and enjoy some delicious Goan seafood.

Recommendations

If you have extra time, head to the Dudhsagar Falls, a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. It’s an hour and a half drive from Baga Beach but worth the trip. Don't forget to try the local cuisine, especially the fish curry and rice. For a side trip, head to the nearby state of Maharashtra and visit the Ajanta and Ellora caves. These ancient cave temples are a must-see. Lastly, be sure to catch a sunset at the Chapora Fort.
