Morning: Start your day in Kasol with a peaceful walk along the Parvati River. Indulge in some bird watching or just soak in the tranquillity of the place. Visit the Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara which is just 6 km from Kasol. The hot water springs here are considered to have healing properties. You can also enjoy a dip in the springs.
Afternoon: For lunch, try out some local delicacies like siddu, babru, and kullu trout at the famous Jim Morrison Cafe. Post lunch, head towards the Chalal Village which is just 30 minutes away. The village offers a picturesque view of the valley and is perfect for some Instagram-worthy pictures. Trek through the forest to reach the village.
Evening: Head back to Kasol and stroll around the local markets. You can shop for some souvenirs like dreamcatchers, hemp clothing and accessories, and handmade jewellery. End your day with a bonfire and some stargazing.
Morning: Start your day early and head towards Barshaini, the starting point of the Kheerganga Trek. The trek is 12 km long and can take around 6-7 hours. The trail passes through waterfalls, lush green forests, and scenic landscapes. Keep an eye out for the Rudra Nag waterfall, which is the highest point of the trek.
Afternoon: Once you reach Kheerganga, take a dip in the natural hot water springs. The water is said to have medicinal properties and can help relieve stress and fatigue. Enjoy a wholesome meal at one of the cafes in Kheerganga.
Evening: After spending some time in Kheerganga, head back to Barshaini. On your way back, take a pit stop at the Tosh Village. The village offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Parvati Valley. You can also visit the Tosh Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Other local attractions that you can consider visiting are the Bhuntar Fish Farm, Bijli Mahadev Temple, and the Great Himalayan National Park. You can also plan a day trip to the town of Manali, which is just 1 hour 30 minutes from Kullu. You can also indulge in adventure activities like river rafting and paragliding.
