Useful Tips

If you have fewer days, we suggest skipping Riga or Jurmala. If you have more days, consider adding the Hill of Crosses in Lithuania or the Soomaa National Park in Estonia. Finally, keep in mind that summer is the peak season, and the number of tourists can be overwhelming. As for winters, make sure to pack corresponding clothing to withstand the frigid weather.

The main airports in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are Tallinn Airport (TLL), Riga International Airport (RIX), and Vilnius International Airport (VNO), respectively. Tallinn Airport is located 4.4 km from the city centre, Riga International Airport 13 km from the city centre, and Vilnius International Airport 7 km from the city centre. All three airports offer various transport options to and from the terminals.
