Recommendations

Other places to consider visiting in Tirupati are Akasaganga Teertham, a waterfall with a sacred pond, and Silathoranam, a natural rock formation. If you have time, take a day trip to Sri Kalahasti, a famous temple town that's 40 km away from Tirupati. To maximize your fun, try some of the delicious local cuisine, including the famous Tirupati Laddu, a sweet made with gram flour, ghee, and sugar.
