Two-Day Itinerary for Delhi in June 2024

  1. Day 1: Qutub Minar
    20 minutes (6 miles) from Indira Gandhi International Airport

    Morning: Explore the Qutub Minar complex and marvel at the 73-meter sandstone minaret. The site also includes the Alai Darwaza gate, the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, and the iron pillar of Delhi.

  2. Day 2: Humayun's Tomb
    30 minutes (7.5 miles) from Hauz Khas Village

    Morning: Visit Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the final resting place of Mughal Emperor Humayun. The tomb is surrounded by beautiful gardens and several other smaller tombs.

    Afternoon: Explore the Red Fort, a breathtaking sandstone fortress that served as the residence of the Mughal emperors. The complex includes several museums as well as the stunning Diwan-i-Khas and Diwan-i-Am halls.
