Family-Friendly Three-Day Itinerary for Goa in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Fort Aguada
    25 minutes (7.5 miles) from Goa Airport

    In the morning, visit the iconic Fort Aguada to witness the stunning view of the sea and the fort. This fort was built by the Portuguese in the early 17th century. In the afternoon, head to Sinquerim Beach, located close by, which is a great spot for swimming and water sports. Spend the evening at LPK Waterfront, a popular restaurant and nightclub in Candolim. This place offers a great dining experience with live music and dance performances.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours (48 miles) from Fort Aguada

    Start the day early and head to Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. After a bumpy Jeep ride, you can trek to the falls and take a refreshing dip in the cool waters. In the afternoon, visit the spice plantations in Ponda, where you can explore the lush green landscape and learn about different spices. In the evening, head to the beach shacks at Baga Beach to enjoy some delicious seafood and live music.

  3. Day 3: Anjuna Beach Flea Market
    30 minutes (9.5 miles) from Dudhsagar Falls

    In the morning, explore the serene Chapora Fort and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Vagator coastline. Later, head to Anjuna Beach Flea Market, where you can find unique souvenirs, handicrafts, clothes, and jewellery. In the afternoon, visit the Goa Science Centre in Panaji, an interactive museum which is perfect for both kids and adults. Spend the evening at the beautiful Miramar Beach, which is known for its golden sand and stunning sunset views.
