Start your day early and head to Periyar National Park for a morning boat ride along the Periyar Lake, where you can spot elephants, sambar deer, and even tigers if you're lucky! After lunch, take a nature walk through the spice plantations and learn about the various spices grown in this region. In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali dance performance.
Wake up early and drive to Munnar to catch the sunrise at the Top Station viewpoint. After breakfast, visit the Mattupetty Dam and take a boat ride on the lake. Spend the afternoon hiking through the tea plantations and taking in the breathtaking views. End your day with a visit to the Tea Museum to learn about the history of tea production in Munnar.
Board a traditional Kerala houseboat in Alleppey and spend the day cruising along the backwaters. Enjoy lunch on board as you take in the lush greenery and observe local life. In the evening, dock at a village and take a walk to see the sunset over the backwaters.
End your trip with a visit to Athirappilly Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Kerala. Take a short hike to the base of the falls and feel the spray on your face. After lunch, head to Ezhattumugham for a relaxing dip in the natural pool. Return to Cochin for your flight back home.
