4-Day City Experience Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Old Goa
    30 minutes (9.5 miles) from Dabolim International Airport

    In the morning, visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus which holds the remains of St. Francis Xavier.   2. Day 2: Mapusa Market and Anjuna Beach
    25 minutes (8 miles) from Panjim city

    Start your day early at the bustling Mapusa Market. Explore the stalls selling local produce, spices, and handicrafts. Afterward, head to Anjuna Beach, known for its hippie vibe and weekly Wednesday flea market. Relax on the beach, try some water sports or shop for souvenirs. In the evening, enjoy live music at Curlie's or Shiva Valley.

  3. Day 3: Dudhsagar Falls and Spice Plantation
    2 hours (45 miles) from Anjuna Beach

    Embark on a day trip to the majestic Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. After the scenic train ride or jeep safari to the falls, take a dip in the cool waters before heading to a nearby spice plantation.   4. Day 4: Fort Aguada and Baga Beach
    30 minutes (8 miles) from Dudhsagar Falls

    In the morning, visit the historic Fort Aguada, built by the Portuguese in the 17th century. Explore the fort's lighthouse, barracks, and prison cells, and enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. For lunch, head to Fisherman's Wharf in Panaji, known for its seafood and riverfront view.
