Start your day early and leave from Bhawani Mandi to reach Mathura. Mathura is a holy city in Uttar Pradesh, known for its association with Lord Krishna. Upon reaching Mathura, check in to your hotel and rest for a while. In the evening, visit Gowardhan Parikrama. Gowardhan Parikrama is a 21 km circular path that covers the holy Govardhan Hill, which is believed to be the incarnation of Lord Krishna. You can take a taxi or hire a guide to help you complete the Parikrama. You can also visit the Mansi Ganga Lake and Chandra Sarovar, which are located near Govardhan Hill. The Parikrama takes around 5-6 hours to complete, and you can return to your hotel after completing it.
Start your day early and visit the Krishna Janmbhumi temple, which is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The temple complex includes a prison cell where Lord Krishna was born, and a museum that showcases the artifacts related to Lord Krishna and the Mahabharata. After visiting the temple, have breakfast at one of the local restaurants and then head to the Radha Rani Mandir. Radha Rani Mandir is a beautiful temple dedicated to Radha, the consort of Lord Krishna. The temple has intricate carvings and beautiful paintings that depict the life of Radha and Krishna. Spend some time at the temple and then head back to your hotel.
Don't forget to taste the famous Mathura peda, a sweet dish made of condensed milk and sugar. You can also visit the famous Dwarkadheesh temple and the Vishram Ghat, which are located in the city center. If you have more time, you can also visit the nearby town of Vrindavan, which is known for its association with Lord Krishna and has many temples and ashrams.
