4-Day Itinerary for Manali in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Solang Valley
    25 minutes (8.5 km) from Manali

    In the morning, visit the beautiful Solang Valley, famous for adventurous activities like paragliding, zorbing and skiing. Enjoy a thrilling cable car ride and witness the mesmerizing view of snow-capped mountains. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Anjani Mahadev temple, known for its natural stone Shivlinga. In the evening, take a stroll in the Old Manali market and try out local food at one of the cafes.

  2. Day 2: Hadimba Temple and Manu Temple
    10 minutes (3 km) from Solang Valley

    Visit the ancient Hadimba Temple in the morning, dedicated to the wife of Bhima, one of the Pandavas from the epic Mahabharata. Admire the unique architecture made of wood and stone. In the afternoon, visit the Manu Temple, dedicated to the sage Manu, who is believed to be the creator of the human race. Take a dip in the hot water springs near the temple and relax. In the evening, explore the Mall Road and shop for souvenirs.

  3. Day 3: Rohtang Pass
    2 hours 10 minutes (51.6 km) from Manu Temple

    In the morning, embark on a scenic drive to the Rohtang Pass, which offers breath-taking views of the Himalayas. Enjoy activities like skiing and snowboarding in the snow-covered mountains. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Rahalla Falls, which cascades down from a height of 50 ft. In the evening, return to Manali and relax at your hotel.
