Travelers will need a rental car or hire a private driver to navigate around the area as public transportation is not widespread in Lapland. Expect travel costs to range between 50-100 EUR per day for a car rental or 300-500 EUR per day for a private driver. Travel time between each location is around 30-60 minutes, depending on the distance.
If you have more time, consider adding a visit to the Ukonkivi Islet, a mystical rock formation on Lake Inari, or a husky safari through the snowy forests. If you have less time, skip the Paatsjoki Bridge trip and spend more time exploring the other locations. Make sure to pack warm clothing and proper outdoor gear, as the weather can be unpredictable in Lapland.
