Relaxing 3-Day Itinerary for Goa in November 2024

  1. Day 1: Palolem Beach
    1 hour 30 minutes (38.6 miles) from Goa International Airport

    Located in the south of Goa, Palolem Beach is a beautiful crescent-shaped beach surrounded by palm trees and clear waters. Start your morning with a peaceful walk along the beach, followed by a refreshing dip in the sea. In the afternoon, indulge in some delicious seafood at one of the many beachside restaurants. As the sun sets, take a relaxing boat ride to experience the beauty of the nearby islands.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Waterfalls
    2 hours 30 minutes (57.3 miles) from Palolem Beach

    A breathtaking sight to behold, the Dudhsagar Waterfalls is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. The misty spray of water droplets gives the impression of milk flowing down the mountain. Enjoy a scenic drive through the lush green forests to reach the falls. In the afternoon, go for a refreshing swim in the natural pool at the base of the waterfall. Do not forget to take the train ride from Kulem station to the falls which is an experience in itself.

  3. Day 3: Morjim Beach
    1 hour (19.1 miles) from Dudhsagar Waterfalls

    Located in North Goa, Morjim Beach is famous for its tranquility and nesting site for the Olive Ridley Turtles. Go for a morning stroll to spot the turtles. In the afternoon, relax on the beach and soak up the sun. Experience a breathtaking sunset and enjoy the vibrant nightlife at one of the beach shacks.

Recommendations

While in Goa, do not miss out on visiting Baga Beach, Fort Aguada, and Basilica of Bom Jesus. You can also take a side trip to the nearby state of Maharashtra to explore the Ajanta and Ellora Caves. To maximize your fun, try out water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides. Do not forget to try out the local cuisines such as fish curry, vindaloo and bebinca, a traditional Goan dessert.
