2-Day Itinerary for Nashik with Couples and Kids in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Sula Vineyards
    20 minutes (5 miles) from Nashik City Centre

    Start your day with a visit to the Sula Vineyards, one of the most popular wineries in India. Take a guided tour of the vineyards and the winery to learn about the wine-making process. Taste some of the award-winning wines and enjoy a delicious lunch at the vineyard's restaurant. In the afternoon, head to the Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Take a dip in the holy water and seek blessings. In the evening, visit Pandavleni Caves, a group of 24 ancient rock-cut caves dating back to the 1st century BC. Enjoy the panoramic views of Nashik from the top of the hill where the caves are located.

  2. Day 2: Saptashrungi Devi Temple
    1 hour 30 minutes (70 miles) from Nashik City Centre

    Start your day early and drive to Vani, located in the Nashik district, to visit the Saptashrungi Devi Temple, dedicated to goddess Saptashrungi. The temple is located atop a hill and can be reached by climbing around 500 steps or taking a cable car ride. The temple is believed to be one of the 51 Shakti Peethas of Goddess Shakti. After visiting the temple, head to Shirdi, a famous pilgrimage site, to visit the Sai Baba Temple. Seek blessings and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. In the evening, return to Nashik and visit the Someshwar Waterfall, located on the outskirts of Nashik. Enjoy the scenic beauty and take a dip in the cool water.
