Begin your first day in Goa with a visit to the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. Take a morning walk around the mangroves and see a variety of birds like kingfishers, egrets and herons. You can also take a boat ride and enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. After lunch, you can go on a hike to the Chorao Island to see more avian species. In the evening, head to the Aguada Fort to catch a beautiful sunset.
Start your day early with a trip to the Dudhsagar Falls, a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. Enjoy a morning swim in the cool waters and take a short trek to the top of the falls. After lunch, you can go on a spice plantation tour and learn about various spices and their uses. End your day with a relaxing stroll at the Palolem Beach where you can watch dolphins playing in the sea.
On your last day, visit the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary which is home to a variety of animals like deer, monkeys and exotic birds. Take a morning trek and watch the animals in their natural habitat. After lunch, head to the Morjim Beach and watch the Olive Ridley Turtles nesting. End your day with a visit to the Miramar Beach and soak up the last beautiful sunset of your trip.
Aside from the above, you can also visit the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary, Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary and Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary. You can also take a side trip to the magnificent Cabo de Rama Fort and the quiet Majorda Beach.
