7-Day Adventure Itinerary for Spiti Valley in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Arrival in Kaza

  4. Day 4: Dhankar

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Ladakhi meal at a local restaurant.

  7. Day 7: Departure
    From Kaza, estimated 9 hours to Shimla (214.7 miles)

    After breakfast, check out of your hotel and depart for Shimla where you can catch your flight or train back home.

Recommendations

If you have extra time, consider visiting the Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest and most important in the region, and the Dhankar Monastery Museum, which houses a collection of ancient artifacts. You could also go on a camping trip to the stunning Chandratal Lake or take a Jeep safari to the nearby villages of Mudh and Demul.
