Two-Day Itinerary for Bangalore in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden
    20 minutes (7.5 km) from Kempegowda International Airport

    Start the day with a visit to Lalbagh Botanical Garden, one of the most famous tourist attractions in Bangalore. Spread over 240 acres, this garden houses an amazing collection of various flora and fauna. In the morning, enjoy a leisurely walk or jog around the serene lake, and capture the beautiful landscape in your camera. The garden also has a stunning glasshouse, which has been modelled after London's Crystal Palace. In the afternoon, visit the Kempegowda Tower, situated inside the garden, to get a panoramic view of the city. End the day with a picnic or a relaxing evening in the garden.

  2. Day 2: Bangalore Palace
    30 minutes (8.6 km) from Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    On day 2, visit the Bangalore Palace, which is one of the most magnificent structures in the city. It has been built in Tudor-style architecture, and its interiors boast of a rich collection of paintings, artefacts, and photographs. In the morning, take a guided tour of the palace, and uncover its fascinating history and the lives of the erstwhile Maharajas. In the afternoon, visit the nearby ISKCON temple, which is known for its grand architecture and serene atmosphere. In the evening, head to Brigade Road for some retail therapy and to sample the diverse culinary delights of the city.
