Three-Day Itinerary for All Jyotirling in Maharashtra in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga
    From Mumbai, it takes around 3 hours and 33 minutes (167.1 km) to reach Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga.

    In the morning, visit the Trimbakeshwar Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. After offering prayers and seeking blessings, one can explore the temples in the vicinity, such as the Neel Parbat Teerth and Kedareshwar Temple. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Anjaneri Hill, which is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman. In the evening, take a dip in the holy Kund and attend the evening aarti at the temple.

  2. Day 2: Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga
    From Trimbakeshwar, it takes around 4 hours and 13 minutes (176.6 km) to reach Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga.

    In the morning, visit the Bhimashankar Temple, which is located amidst a dense forest and has a beautiful architecture. After offering prayers, trek to the nearby Hanuman Lake and take a dip in its holy water. In the afternoon, visit the Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary and explore the flora and fauna of the region. In the evening, attend the evening aarti at the temple.

  3. Day 3: Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga
    From Bhimashankar, it takes around 6 hours and 52 minutes (266.5 km) to reach Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga.

    In the morning, visit the Grishneshwar Temple, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and is located near the Ellora Caves. After offering prayers, explore the other temples in the vicinity, such as the Kedareshwar Temple and the Bhimashankar Temple. In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ellora Caves and marvel at the rock-cut cave temples. In the evening, attend the evening aarti at the temple.
