4-Day Itinerary for Kedarnath and Badrinath in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Kedarnath Temple

  2. Day 2: Badrinath Temple
    6 hours (150 miles) from Kedarnath

    Leave early in the morning for Badrinath temple. On the way, stop at Chopta to witness the breathtaking view of Himalayas. Once you reach Badrinath, visit the temple and take a dip in the hot water springs. Spend the evening exploring the town and trying out local cuisine.

  3. Day 3: Mana Village
    30 minutes (3 miles) from Badrinath

    Explore the beautiful Mana village, the last village before the Indo-China border. Visit the Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul and learn about their legendary stories. Spend the rest of the day exploring the village and trying out local cuisine.

  4. Day 4: Valley of Flowers National Park
    5 hours (135 miles) from Mana Village

    Take an early morning drive to the Valley of Flowers National Park. Witness the beautiful flowers in full bloom and the stunning views of the Himalayas. Spend the evening exploring the park and trying out local cuisine. Head back to Rishikesh in the night.

Recommendations

If you have time, you can visit Hemkund Sahib, a Sikh shrine located in the Himalayas. You can also go for a trek to Vasudhara Falls, a beautiful waterfall located near Mana village.
