Two-Day Itinerary for Bangalore in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden
    10 minutes (3.2 km) from Bangalore City Railway Station

    In the morning, explore the beautiful Lalbagh Botanical Garden sprawling over 240 acres of land. The garden houses many rare and exotic species of plants, trees, and flowers and is a perfect place for nature lovers. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Bull Temple, which is dedicated to the sacred bull, Nandi. The temple is a fine example of Dravidian architecture and is one of the oldest temples in Bangalore. In the evening, head to the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, a two-story wooden palace built-in 1784. The palace is a beautiful blend of Hindu, Islamic, and Gothic styles of architecture and is a must-visit attraction in Bangalore.

  2. Day 2: Bangalore Palace
    15 minutes (5.2 km) from Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    Start your day by visiting the Bangalore Palace, which was built-in 1878 and is spread across 45000 sq. ft. The palace is known for its Tudor-style architecture and beautiful gardens. In the afternoon, head to the Vidhana Soudha, which is the seat of the State Legislature of Karnataka. The building is a fine example of neo-Dravidian architecture and is beautifully illuminated in the evening. Finally, end your day with a visit to the famous UB City Mall, which has a plethora of luxury brands and great restaurants to choose from.
