The temple's atmosphere is serene and peaceful during this time. Afternoon is the perfect time to visit again, and the temple has a dress code, so dress appropriately. In the evening, attend the Sandhya Aarti, another ritualistic prayer offered to Lord Jagannath.

  2. Day 2: Pattachitra Village and Raghurajpur Artist Village
    30 minutes (15 km) from Jagannath Temple

    Pattachitra Village is famous for its traditional and intricate paintings. It is an art form that has been passed down through generations. The paintings depict various scenes from the Mahabharata, the Ramayana, and Lord Krishna's life. These paintings are beautiful and make for great souvenirs to take home. In the afternoon, visit the Raghurajpur Artist Village, located nearby, where you can see the creation of the Pattachitra paintings.
