Transportation

Most of the itinerary can be completed using public transport such as buses, ferries, and trains. Traveling between Plitvice Lakes National Park and Zadar would require either a rental car or a private transfer. The estimated cost for the entire trip using public transport is around HRK 700 ($108), and the total travel time is approximately 17 hours.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, consider adding the following places to your itinerary: Rijeka, Trogir, Šibenik, and the island of Vis. If you have less time, you could skip Korčula and spend more time in Split or Dubrovnik.
