Four-Day Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Calangute Beach
    30 minutes (10.5 km) from Goa International Airport

    In the morning, enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Calangute Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Goa. Take a swim in the blue waters and relax in the sun. For lunch, try some local seafood from one of the beach shacks. In the afternoon, you can explore the local market and get some souvenirs. In the evening, head to the beach again to catch a beautiful sunset.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls
    2 hours (80 km) from Calangute Beach

    Start early to visit the spectacular Dudhsagar Falls, which is at its best in June. Enjoy a scenic drive through the lush green forests of the Western Ghats to reach the falls. Take a dip in the refreshing waters and have lunch at the nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, you can visit the spice plantations nearby and learn about the local spices.

  3. Day 3: Old Goa
    1 hour (31 km) from Dudhsagar Falls

    Explore the rich history of Old Goa, which was once the capital of Portuguese India. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Sites like the Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. In the afternoon, you can take a cruise on the Mandovi River and enjoy some Goan music and dance. In the evening, head to Panaji, the capital of Goa, for some shopping and dinner.

  4. Day 4: Fort Aguada
    30 minutes (15 km) from Old Goa

    Visit the historic Fort Aguada, built by the Portuguese in the 17th century. Take a guided tour of the fort and learn about its history. In the afternoon, head to Anjuna Beach, known for its flea market. You can also try some water sports like parasailing and jet skiing. In the evening, head to Vagator Beach for a beautiful sunset.
