  3. Day 3: Explore Valley of Flowers
    5-6 hours (3 km) from Ghangaria

    Wake up early and start the trek to Valley of Flowers. The valley is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to a variety of alpine flowers. Spend the day exploring the valley and taking in the beautiful views.

  4. Day 4: Visit Hemkund Sahib
    6-7 hours (11 km) from Ghangaria

    Start early and trek to Hemkund Sahib, a Sikh shrine situated at an altitude of 4,300 metres. The trek is steep, and it is advisable to take breaks and acclimatize to the altitude. The shrine is surrounded by seven peaks and a glacial lake.

  5. Day 5: Rest day at Ghangaria

    Take a rest day at Ghangaria to recover from the previous day's trek. Explore the village and interact with the locals. Taste the local cuisine and learn about the culture.

  6. Day 6: Trek back to Govindghat

Other attractions in the area include the Badrinath Temple, Mana Village (the last village on the Indian side of the Indo-China border), and the Auli Ski Resort.
