3-Day Family Friendly Itinerary for Manali in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Hadimba Devi Temple
    Located in Old Manali
    10-minute drive (3.5 km) from Manali

    Morning: Visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, a historic temple located amidst a beautiful cedar forest. The temple is a unique example of the traditional pagoda-style architecture and is dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, the wife of Bhima from the Mahabharata. Afternoon: Head to the Manali Nature Park for a peaceful picnic with your family. The park is filled with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and a variety of birds. Evening: Stroll through the vibrant Manali Mall Road, which is filled with shops, restaurants, and street performers.

  2. Day 2: Solang Valley
    Located 14 kilometers (30-minute drive) from Manali

    Morning: Head to the Solang Valley for some adventure activities like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing. The valley is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and offers breathtaking views. Afternoon: Visit the Rohtang Pass, which is located a short distance from the Solang Valley. The pass is one of the highest and most scenic roads in India. Evening: Drive back to Manali and visit the Van Vihar National Park. The park is a perfect place for a leisurely walk or a boat ride around the lake.

  3. Day 3: Naggar Castle
    Located 20 kilometers (45-minute drive) from Manali
