3-Day Itinerary for Kasol, Manali, Kheerganga in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Kasol
    2 hours and 30 minutes (75 km) from Bhuntar Airport

    In the morning, visit the Parvati River and enjoy a peaceful walk along its banks. In the afternoon, head to Manikaran Sahib, a gurudwara known for its hot springs and langar. Don't forget to take a dip in the hot springs, which are believed to have healing powers. In the evening, explore the charming town of Kasol and try some local cuisine.

  2. Day 2: Manali
    2 hours and 5 minutes (77.3 km) from Kasol

    In the morning, visit the Hidimba Devi Temple, an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimba, the wife of Bhima from Mahabharata. In the afternoon, head to Solang Valley and enjoy adventure activities like paragliding, zorbing, and skiing (depending on the season). In the evening, explore the Mall Road and shop for souvenirs.

  3. Day 3: Kheerganga
    2 hours and 50 minutes (22.2 km) from Manali

    In the morning, start your trek to Kheerganga, a serene hilltop that offers stunning views of the Parvati Valley. The trek is around 12 km long and takes around 4-5 hours. In the afternoon, take a dip in the natural hot springs of Kheerganga and rejuvenate your body and mind. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire with fellow trekkers and camp under the stars.

If you have some time left, you can also visit the Rohtang Pass, which is a popular tourist spot. You can also explore the Naggar Castle, which is a beautiful amalgamation of European and Himalayan architecture.
