Azeda Beach and Azedinha Beach are two small, idyllic beaches separated by a rocky outcrop. The waters are calm and turquoise, and the sand is white and soft. You can rent a sun umbrella, a beach chair or a kayak, and there are several restaurants and bars in the area.
During your trip to Buzios, you can walk, bike, or take a taxi or a minivan from one place to another. Taxis are abundant and relatively cheap, but make sure to negotiate the price before getting in. You can also rent a car or a scooter. Parking can be difficult and some roads can be narrow and winding, so be cautious. The travel time between the beaches and the city center is around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
