Family-Friendly 3-Day Itinerary from Tirupur to Kanniyakumari, Rameshwaram, and Thajavur

  1. Day 1: Kanniyakumari
    5 hours 30 minutes (317 km) from Tirupur

    Afternoon: Visit Dhanushkodi Beach, one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches in India, and enjoy the turquoise blue sea and the golden sand.
    Evening: Take a glass-bottom boat ride in Pamban Island to enjoy the beauty of the coral reefs and the marine life of the area.

  3. Day 3: Thajavur
    5 hours 43 minutes (303 km) from Rameshwaram

    Morning: Visit the Brihadeeswara Temple, also known as the Big Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the most significant temples in India, to learn about the Chola architecture and Indian history.
    Afternoon: Visit the Thanjavur Palace and Art Gallery to learn about the history of the Nayaks and the Marathas, and their contributions to the Thanjavur region.
    Evening: Enjoy a cultural performance at the Sangeetha Mahal to experience the local music and dance of the region.
