Transportation

In Colombia, the best way to travel between cities is by plane. To get around the city, you could ask for a taxi or use any the Columbian ride-hailing apps like Easy Taxi, Uber, or DiDi. Do note that these services have varying prices, so it is worth investing some time comparing prices.

Useful Tips

Colombia has so much to see and experience. If you have additional time in Bogotá, check out Mount Guadalupe or the Botero Art Museum. You should also visit the towns of Salento, Minca, and Villa de Leyva. If time is short, prioritize Tayrona National Park, and San Andres Island since they are off the beaten path.

Airports

In Colombia, there are four busiest international airports that are served by many airlines: El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá (BOG), Jose Maria Cordova International Airport in Medellin (MDE), Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena, and Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport in San Andres (ADZ). The airports are all relatively close to the city, with the primary transport to them being the public taxis or ride-hailing apps.
