3-Day Luxury Itinerary for Badrinath in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Arrival in Badrinath
    45 minutes (22.7 km) from Joshimath

    After arriving in Badrinath, check into your luxurious hotel and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink. In the morning, head to the Badrinath Temple, one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Hindus, and take part in the morning aarti. In the afternoon, visit the Tapt Kund and soak in its hot springs, which are believed to have medicinal properties. In the evening, visit the Brahma Kapal Ghat by the Alaknanda River and pay your respects to your ancestors.

  2. Day 2: Explore Badrinath
    10 minutes (3.4 km) from Mana Village

    Spend the morning visiting the Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Tibet border, and see the Vyas Gufa, where Ved Vyas is said to have composed the Mahabharata. In the afternoon, visit the Bheem Pul, a natural rock bridge over the Saraswati River, and the Vasudhara Falls, a stunning waterfall with a height of 122 meters. In the evening, visit the Charanpaduka, a rock with the footprints of Lord Vishnu, and enjoy the panoramic view of the Himalayas.

  3. Day 3: Departure from Badrinath
    45 minutes (22.7 km) from Joshimath

    On your last day, wake up early and take a helicopter ride to the Badrinath Temple for a bird's eye view of the temple and the surrounding Himalayas. After returning, have breakfast and check out of your hotel. If time permits, visit the Narad Kund, a hot water spring with religious significance. Depart from Badrinath with memories of a luxurious and spiritual journey.
