Exploring Goa in 3 Days in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Old Goa
    30 minutes (12.5 km) from Goa International Airport

    Start your first day in Goa by exploring the beautiful historic town of Old Goa. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Basilica of Bom Jesus, which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Also, visit the Se Cathedral, the largest church in Asia, and the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, which has beautiful paintings and sculptures. Have a traditional Goan lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a trip to the beautiful Fontainhas neighbourhood, which has colourful Portuguese-style houses. In the evening, head to the Miramar Beach to take in the beautiful sunset.

  2. Day 2: Dudhsagar Falls and Spice Plantation
    1 hour 30 minutes (63.7 km) from Miramar Beach

    On the second day, start early and head to the Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Take a jeep safari to the falls, which will take around 45 minutes. After visiting the falls, head to a nearby spice plantation and learn about the various spices used in Goan cooking. Have a traditional Goan lunch at the plantation. In the afternoon, take a dip in the refreshing water of the plantation's natural pool. In the evening, head back to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

  3. Day 3: Anjuna Flea Market and Beach
    30 minutes (18.5 km) from your hotel

    On the final day, visit the famous Anjuna Flea Market, which has stalls selling everything from clothing to souvenirs. Have breakfast at a local cafe and spend the morning exploring the market. In the afternoon, head to the nearby Anjuna Beach, which is known for its hippie vibe and beautiful sunset. Relax on the beach and enjoy some chilled beer and snacks. In the evening, head to a nearby restaurant for some delicious seafood.
