7-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Himachal Pradesh in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Shimla
    30 minutes (13.2 km) from Shimla Airport

    Start the day with a visit to the Himalayan Nature Park, home to many endangered species. In the afternoon, enjoy skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Kufri. In the evening, visit the Kufri Fun World, an amusement park with many fun rides.

  3. Day 3: Manali
    7 hours (250 km) from Kufri

    In the morning, visit the Hadimba Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to the demon goddess Hadimba. In the afternoon, visit the Manali Sanctuary, a wildlife sanctuary with many rare species. In the evening, explore the quaint streets of Old Manali and indulge in some shopping.

  4. Day 4: Rohtang Pass

    Start early in the morning for a day trip to the Rohtang Pass, a high mountain pass with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and other adventure activities. Return to Manali in the evening.

  5. Day 5: Dharamshala

  6. Day 6: Palampur
