Recommendations

Other local attractions worth considering are the Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, and Red Fort. For a side trip, you can visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, which is about a three-hour drive from Delhi. To maximize your fun, try attending a Bollywood movie screening or a classical music concert. Don't forget to try the street food, especially the chaat and golgappas, and the famous Delhi sweets like gulab jamun and ras malai. Finally, make sure to bargain when shopping in the markets and stay hydrated during the summer months.
