Four-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Jaipur in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Amer Fort
    30 minutes (11.8 km) from Jaipur City Center

    In the morning, visit the Amer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Learn about the history of the fort and its former occupants. Take an elephant ride up to the entrance for a unique experience. In the afternoon, head to Panna Meena Ka Kund, a beautiful stepwell that is perfect for taking pictures. End the day at Chokhi Dhani, a cultural village where you can experience traditional Rajasthani food, music, and dance.

  2. Day 2: Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal
    20 minutes (6.7 km) from Amer Fort

    Start the day with a visit to Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory, and marvel at the impressive instruments used to measure time and study the stars. In the afternoon, visit the Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. This beautiful building has 953 windows and was used by royal ladies to observe street festivals without being seen.   3. Day 3: Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort

  4. Day 4: City Palace and Albert Hall Museum
    15 minutes (4.8 km) from Jaigarh Fort

    Begin the day with a visit to the City Palace, which was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Explore the various buildings and museums within the palace complex, including the Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, and Diwan-i-Khas. In the afternoon, visit the Albert Hall Museum, which houses a vast collection of artifacts and exhibits related to Indian art, culture, and history. End the day with a visit to Jal Mahal, a beautiful palace situated in the middle of Man Sagar Lake.
