3-Day Family-Friendly Itinerary for Goa in June 2023

  1. Day 1: Explore the Beaches
    30-minute drive (11.5 miles) from Dabolim Airport

    Start your day with a visit to the beautiful Calangute Beach, known for its golden sands and clear waters. Spend the morning sunbathing, swimming and playing water sports. After lunch, head to the Baga Beach, a popular destination for water sports lovers. As the sun sets, take a stroll down the Candolim Beach, known for its serene and peaceful environment. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the beachside shacks and end the day with a bonfire and some music.

  2. Day 2: Visit the Historical Sites
    20-minute drive (7.5 miles) from Calangute Beach

    Start the morning with a visit to the iconic Fort Aguada, a 17th-century Portuguese fort overlooking the Arabian sea. Next, head to the Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest churches in Goa. After lunch, visit the beautiful Se Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia. Spend the evening at the vibrant Latin Quarter of Fontainhas, known for its colourful houses and winding streets. Enjoy some local delicacies and end the day with a relaxing stroll.

  3. Day 3: Fun at Water Parks
    30-minute drive (12.5 miles) from Se Cathedral

    Start your day with a visit to the Splashdown Water Park, known for its thrilling water rides and attractions. Spend the morning splashing around and enjoying the rides. After lunch, head to the Blue Whale Water Park, known for its family-friendly environment and entertainment options. Spend the afternoon enjoying the water slides, wave pool and other activities. End the day with a visit to the Anjuna Flea Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere and local handicrafts. Enjoy some street food and do some souvenir shopping.

If you have some extra time, you should consider taking a side trip to the Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India.
