2-Day Madurai to Kodaikanal Motorcycle Riding Itinerary in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Madurai to Palani
    1 hour 30 minutes (60 miles) from Madurai

    Start your journey from Madurai to Palani, a small town known for its famous hill temple dedicated to Lord Muruga. In the morning, visit the Palani Murugan Temple which is situated on a hilltop. The temple has a beautiful architecture and offers a panoramic view of the town. In the afternoon, explore the Kuthiraiyar Dam, which is a great spot for picnics and scenic drives. In the evening, visit the Palani Hills Wildlife Sanctuary which is home to many endangered species.

  2. Day 2: Palani to Kodaikanal
    1 hour 30 minutes (49 miles) from Palani

    On the second day, ride from Palani to Kodaikanal. In the morning, visit the Kodaikanal Lake which is a man-made lake surrounded by lush green hills. You can go boating or take a walk around the lake. In the afternoon, explore the Coaker's Walk, a beautiful pathway offering a stunning view of the valley. In the evening, visit the Bryant Park which is a botanical garden filled with a variety of flowers and plants.
